Believe it or not, exercise should be fun, and something you want to do, it shouldn’t be a chore.

If you want to workout in an informal, relaxed atmosphere, where it doesn’t matter what you wear or how fit you are, why not come along to one of the classes offered by A Fitter Life… you have nothing to lose as your first session at any class will be a free taster session!

Do the words ‘circuit training’ remind you of school PE lessons, or of military style bootcamps?

It doesn’t have to be that way. One way of looking at ‘circuit training’ is ‘a number of carefully selected exercises, arranged to gain maximum training benefits’.

Circuit training is a quick and effective way of improving your general fitness levels and increasing body strength, a mixture of aerobic and strength exercises makes it an all over body workout. Plus the variety of exercises and working group environment make it a fun way to exercise. And you don’t have to be an exercise expert to take part.

The great thing about a circuit class is anyone can join in and it is a fun way to exercise.

The FitterCondition exercise class works all those muscles in your body you love to hate.

The session will improve your body shape by exercising muscles in your upper body, lower body and core. So no more hiding body parts …you will feel confident and look great in everything you wear!
