Do you ever think ‘I want to eat more healthily’ but don’t have the time to think how it would work with your lifestyle, or time to think about making changes when you are doing your weekly shopping?

The theme of the healthy eating workshop is ‘small changes make a big difference’.

The workshop is made up of interactive sessions that are designed to help you to look at your diet, assess if it is healthy, and how to make practical changes to make it healthier. The focus is to make sure any changes you make will fit into your lifestyle.

Before the workshop I will ask you to keep a days food diary. I will analyse this and give it back to you during the workshop, you will also receive a handbook to support the content of the workshop, and a personal action plan that you can use straight away.

If you are looking to change your eating behaviours to become healthier or you want to become a healthier weight this workshop is a great place to start!

Regular Exercise Workshops

Exercise should be something you enjoy and not a chore, but life is so busy and demanding exercise is often something we feel we have to do, rather than we want to do.

The theme of the regular exercise workshop is ‘it is easy to be more active without disrupting your life.

The workshop is made up of interactive sessions that are designed to help you to look at your current activity levels and how these can be increased to fit in with your lifestyle, without being a slave to the gym. The interactive sessions will show how you can do a range of exercises outside or at home, and how you can use household objects to make exercises more challenging- you will be required to take part in the exercises!

At the end of the workshop you will have a workbook to support the content in the workshop, including example exercises, and a personal action plan that you can use straight away.

This workshop is great for anyone whose lifestyle isn’t as active as it should be, and who want to kick start becoming more active.
