Fitting Exercise into Your Busy Life
Great for anyone whose lifestyle isn't as active as it should be
Research shows us that regular exercise improves your mental wellbeing, improves your cognitive processes, and decreased the risk of a wide range of health issues, such as type 2 diabetes, stroke, arthritis and cardiovascular diseases. However, when life is so busy and demanding, exercise is often something we feel we have to do, but we don’t make it our priority.
This workshop is made up of interactive sessions that are designed to help you to look at your current activity levels and how these can be increased to fit in with your lifestyle, without being a slave to the gym. The interactive sessions will show how you can do a range of exercises outside or at home, and how you can use household objects to make exercises more challenging - you will be required to take part in the exercises!
This workshop is great for anyone whose lifestyle isn't as active as it should be, and who want to kick start becoming more active.
The workshop lasts for approximately 4 hours.
