A counsellor listens to their client tell their story. The counsellor deals with issues and problems, often looking at past experiences and how those experiences impact on current behaviours. There is not a defined goal from the outset, instead the counsellor listens and asks questions, whilst the client dictates the path the journey takes.
What happens in a life coaching session?
A life coaching session is totally focussed on you – the client. At the outset of the session both of us will know what you want to achieve during that session. This is a starting point, the original goal, but that may change during the session, and that is ok as sessions are flexible with nothing cast in stone. The session may be spent talking about how a desired outcome could be reached or we may work through some tools and techniques for the you to use in future.
What will I gain from life coaching?
You will become unstuck! You will have a clear picture of who you are and how you can achieve what you want from life. You will understand why you think the way you do, why certain patterns are repeated, and you will have the tools and resources you need to realise your life dreams.

Yes, Lynn offers online and face to face life coaching, to make sure your sessions fit in with your other life commitments.
