TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You can pay for your personal training sessions by either cash or bank transfer. If you have a regular weekly session you will be invoiced 2 weeks in arrears and 2 weeks in advance. If you have an ad-hoc session, payment must be made on the day of the session.
We operate a strict cancellation policy and require at least 24hrs notice if you cannot attend your session. Where this is not given you will be charged the full payment amount (unless there are extenuating circumstances). Where you give more than 24hrs notice you will receive a full refund.
If we cancel your session you will be given a full refund.
Your trainer is fully insured. When they first meet you will be required to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q), and Health and Lifestyle Questionnaire. Your trainer is not liable in any way for undeclared or unknown medical conditions.
We require payment for workshops in advance and can be paid either by cheque or bank transfer. Your place on the workshop is not confirmed until payment is received.
As spaces on the workshop are limited we require at least 7 working days notice if you no longer can attend. Where possible we will offer you a place on another workshop.
Refunds for cancellations are:
14 day’s notice: 50%
7 day’s notice: 25%
Where less than 7 days notice is given you will be required to pay the full amount (unless there are extenuating circumstances).
